About Electrified Motors UK

Electrified Motors UK specialises in personal electric vehicle (PEV) parts, including e-bike and e-scooter components, conversion kits, batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, accessories, repairs, upgrades and custom builds.

We’re passionate about electric builds and helping customers find parts suited to their projects. If you’re unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch: Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 24 hours.
Delivery: Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days.
Carriers: Royal Mail, DPD or FedEx tracked, depending on the product and destination.
Separate parcels: Some kits or battery products may arrive in separate parcels due to packaging or carrier requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Our standard returns period is 30 days where stated for the product. Some product listings may specify a different returns period, so please check the listing for your item. Items returned for a change of mind must be in new, unused condition and include the supplied components and accessories, with original packaging where reasonably possible.

Return postage: The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where helpful. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue in line with your statutory consumer rights.

Eligible online consumer purchases may also be covered by statutory cancellation rights, generally allowing 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return the goods, subject to legal exceptions. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Electrical components and batteries: Please contact us before returning batteries, e-bike kits or other electrical items so we can advise on safe return arrangements. Any legally applicable cancellation exemptions will be applied only where permitted by law.
