The Core 72V 3kW conversion kit from Electrified Motors UK is a high-power package for compatible custom electric bike builds. It combines a 3,000W rear hub motor wheel, 60A Bluetooth-compatible controller, UKC1 Plus display and essential operating components, without the extra accessories supplied with the Ultimate Kit.

Important — torque arms are not included. You must purchase suitable torque arms separately and fit them correctly. High-power hub motors can apply substantial axle torque; do not install or ride the bike without the appropriate axle-retention hardware.

Check compatibility before ordering

The supplied wheel is 27.5 inches only. Check your frame's rear dropout spacing, axle dimensions, tyre clearance, brake-disc alignment, freewheel compatibility and electrical connectors before purchase. Use a compatible 72V battery with a suitable discharge rating and BMS, and confirm connector polarity before connecting it.

This is a high-power conversion kit for custom builds. A 3kW kit is outside the standard UK EAPC power limit, so do not assume it is road legal as an ordinary e-bike. Check the applicable vehicle classification and legal requirements before public-road use. Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure.

Warranty and delivery

Kit warranty: 3 months. Battery warranty: 12 months where a battery is supplied. Exclusions apply, subject to statutory consumer rights. Dispatch timing and tracked carrier depend on stock availability and order volume.
